Watchtower, supervising AI voice agents on calls
One person watches every AI voice agent on the line from one dashboard. When an agent tries something outside its limits, Watchtower pauses it and asks the supervisor to approve, edit, hold or take over.
KeySign, signing a home offer at the property
Buyers decide right after a showing, but offer tools need a desk and every state has its own forms. KeySign lets the agent write, sign and send a compliant offer from their phone at the property, then open escrow.
Conformly, checking a site against accessibility law
Scans a website against the European accessibility standards (EN 301 549 and WCAG), opens tested code fixes as pull requests, and records every step. It never says a site is compliant, because only a legal review can say that.
Criterion, interview practice with scores you can question
Every score links to the exact words that earned it. If you disagree with a score, you can challenge it and the AI explains its reasoning again. Live at criterionscore.com.
How Much Would I Have If, an investment calculator
Answers "how much would I have if I had invested in Apple in 2010" with a page for every asset and year, about 1,070 in all, on real market data with charts anyone can use. Built solo, live at howmuchwouldihaveif.com.
The Interaction Layer, seven principles of interaction design
Seven principles for how an interface should feel to use, each backed by research and shown with a demo you can try. Built by hand, with no animation library.
Readout, four earthquakes in Japan
A data story about the Kobe, Tohoku, Kumamoto and Noto earthquakes, with live charts built on US Geological Survey data. Every chart opens for a closer look, and the dashboard behind them is public.
Vantage, finding the cause of an outage
When one fault sets off hundreds of alerts, Vantage traces them back to the one that started it, shows the path it took through the system, and points to the slowest step.
1QR, a travel payment app in an outdoor theme
A payment app for scanning QR codes abroad. It runs in two outdoor modes from the Wolf-Rayet design system: a high contrast day mode that stays readable in direct sun, and a dim night mode in one warm colour that protects night vision.
Steer, agreeing the brief before AI writes
A vague request lets the AI guess the audience, goal and tone. Steer shows those guesses as a brief you can edit, and asks you about the choices it should not make alone. Part 1 of 4 in the AI Design Lab.
Ground, showing where an AI answer comes from
An AI answer sounds equally sure throughout, even when parts are unsourced or made up. Ground shows the source, confidence and age behind each claim, flags anything unsupported, and puts conflicting sources side by side. Part 2 of 4.
Oversee, keeping AI agents under control
AI agents can send money and change records, and asking "are you sure?" does not work for long tasks. Oversee lets you set how much an agent does alone, preview what it will do, stop it at any time, and undo it. Part 3 of 4.
Recall, seeing what AI remembers about you
Assistants build a picture of you that you never get to see. Recall shows every remembered fact as a card, with where it came from and where it applies, and lets you delete it. Part 4 of 4. Moment four of four.
Prompt Library cover
Prompt Library, prompts for design work
Twenty five prompts in the order the work happens: understanding the request, defining the problem, designing and checking it. Each one says when to use it and what to check before you trust the answer.
AI Operating System cover
AI Operating System, how I work with AI
AI rarely fails loudly. It drifts toward work that looks finished but is slightly wrong. This is how I set the goal up front, make drift easy to spot, and make the final call myself.
Discovery to Scope cover
Discovery to Scope, from request to plan
Requests usually arrive as a feature or a screen to copy, not a problem. This is how I find what the customer is trying to get done, look at the options, and agree a plan the team can build without guessing.
Figma Operating System cover
Figma Operating System, how I run Figma with AI
AI can now generate designs inside Figma, so the system underneath matters more. These are the naming, status icons, tokens, versions and handoff I keep in my own hands, so the output looks like the product and not a template.
Interface Content System cover
Interface Content System, how I write interface copy
Seven rules for the words in an interface, covering point of view, plain language, errors and accessibility. Each rule shows a weaker version next to a better one.
Kinetic, a design system for a banking app
Foundations, tokens, components, patterns, real screens and the rules that keep them consistent. Motion is designed as part of the system, not added at the end. Every layer runs live.
Wolf-Rayet, a design system that limits what grabs attention
Tokens, 65 components and four themes, backed by 143 written decisions. One rule runs through it: only one thing in each part of a screen may demand attention, and every build checks it. Live at r136.dev.
